How long do I keep access to the course?
Access terms, replays, and platform availability.
You keep access as long as the learning portal remains online and your account stays in good standing. Replays and downloadable materials remain available from your dashboard.
- Instant access after purchase (usually within minutes).
- If you lose your login email, contact support and we’ll help you recover it.
- For major platform changes, we’ll provide advance notice via email.
What is your refund policy?
Time window, eligibility, and how to request.
If you feel the course isn’t a fit, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
To request a refund, use the support form on this page and include the purchase email and order date.
Note: Refund eligibility can vary if a course is purchased as part of a bundle or during a limited offer.
Do I get a certificate after completing the course?
Completion criteria and how to download.
Yes. After you complete the required lessons, a downloadable certificate becomes available in your student profile. You can export it as PDF and print it.
- Certificates show your name and completion date.
- If your name is misspelled, contact support and we’ll reissue it.
- For privacy, we do not publish student names publicly.
What do I need technically to watch lessons?
Browsers, mobile support, and download tips.
A modern browser and a stable internet connection are enough. We recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
- Mobile and tablet friendly (iOS/Android supported).
- If video stutters: switch to a lower quality stream or try a different network.
- For best experience: use headphones and full screen mode.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Where to find receipts and billing info.
Yes. After payment, you’ll receive an email receipt. If you need an invoice for accounting, contact support with your billing details and we’ll generate one (where available).
If you paid via Apple Pay/Google Pay, the receipt might also appear in your wallet transaction history.
I can’t find my login email—what should I do?

First, search your mailbox for “Fineline Knit” and check Spam/Promotions. If you still can’t find it, use the support form and include:
